Recently, I once again had the pleasure of collaborating with Reese on some concepting and writing projects. As always, our time together was both productive and fun. In working with Reese, I very much appreciate her candor, creativity, and reliablity. About Easy Writer

As a marketing generalist and copywriter, I specialize in helping small businesses and nonprofits compete effectively in today's (ever-changing) online arena. I'm also a lit-geek, an amateur boxer, and the proud parent of a depressed and moody dog.

My guilty secret? I was born in Texas. But I dropped out of high school to move to Kenya when I was fifteen (ask me about it sometime), and spent the next ten years or so traveling, working odd (sometimes very odd) jobs, and writing.

I did my undergraduate degree in Creative Writing at Mills College, and my graduate degree at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England. (In medival times, Norwich was second only to London in size and importance. This is no longer even remotely true, but it does have the best Creative Writing MA program in England, so I got to study with people like Andrew Motion, W.G. Sebald, and Richard Holmes.)

But writing novels gets really old, really fast - so I moved into marketing in ... hmm ... 2003, I guess (time flies). I've had the opportunity to help a lot of great businesses get their groove on since then.

I currently live in Oakland, California in a little house with my little dog. Oakland is the only city I've never been able to really leave.
